The "Holding It Together" (H.I.T) program provided youth with case management services designed to address and develop positive, socially acceptable behavior.


• Provided Life Skills training to 28,000 youth in our community thru a $15,000,000 Department of Labor Grant (2000-2006)
read our Return on Investment report.

• Tutirial Services to more than 16,500 students with a $306,000 grant from the Corporation of National Service (1995-1998)

• Served 11,500 parents and students with a 2,000,000 Department of Education Grant through the Parental Training Resource Center. (1995-2000)

• With a 100,000 grant from the department of Justice we served 1679 students impacted by the 1994 flood. (1994)

• Expanded the Mentoring program thru an additonal $199,500 from the office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency prevention. (1999)

• Provided more that 1200 students with employment counseling and specialized personal counseling made possible by a multiple year grant of $380,490 from the Georgia Department of Education CROSSROADS.

• Improved the efficiency and delivery of services for families in Dougherty County with a $52,000 grant from the Governor's Children and Youth Coordinating Council.
